Description   A high temperature tolerant Alpha Amylase Enzyme for the conversion of grain starches into sugars. 4g packet. Use one packet for up to 10 lbs of grain in your recipe. Directions: After gelatinizing and sterilizing your grain mash above 180F allow mash to cool to 165F. Stir in amylase enzyme and let mash rest for one hour holding temperature at 158-165F using very low heat. Then cool before adding yeast. Related Products...
