The First and Only 2" Column Sieve Plate System

  • Only two plates in a column produce up to 185 proof distillate in a single run (just one plate will get up to 175 proof) .

  • Our innovative plates are produced from a high temperature tolerant and chemical resistant food grade polymer.
  • Plates have small holes penetrating all across the face of the plate achieving maximum contact between rising steam vapors and the falling reflux.
  • Plates are sandwiched between cut ends of column sections held together within copper slip couplings that seal at the top using our proprietary column sealing sleeves.
  • System is quickly assembled and breaks down into its individual components for easy cleaning.
  • Priced far less than those Chinese made "flute" systems.
