Whether you are making rum or whiskey, our innovative McCoy Still is the ideal companion for achieving a quality product. All parts are made from industrial grade, high quality materials sourced from American companies. Then built in our workshop in Missouri, the whiskey barrel of the world.

The 6 gallon still pot is perfect for distilling a 5 ½ gallon wash.

    • 24QT (6 gal) Bayou Classic Stainless Steel Stockpot

    • Custom crafted heavy gauge copper dome

    • FDA white nitrile gasket and a stainless steel full perimeter v-band clamp seal the dome to the pot

    • Removable tube-in-tube Liebig style water condenser

    • Extension tube to collect your distillate safely away from the still

    • High quality digital thermometer to monitor vapor temperature

    • Pharmaceutical grade silicone plug holds the digital thermometer

    • 5 ½ gallon useable capacity

finally got to use it and it works real well only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because after I was finished I noticed the gasket was half unglued
