Description   Alpha Amylase Enzyme for the conversion of grain starches into sugars. 2oz packet. Use one level teaspoon for up to 15 lbs of grain in your recipe. Directions: After gelatinizing and sterilizing your grain mash above 180F allow mash to cool to 160F. Stir in amylase enzyme and let mash rest for one hour holding temperature at 150-160F using very low heat. Then cool before adding yeast. Related Products...
